Friendly & helpful staff. The restaurant did not have enough staff to meet the demand. But the ones who were working tried hard. Special mention must be made of Sophia, Linto and Rita, who worked so hard in the restaurant.

Staff were amazing; from front desk to bar staff to the cleaners. All polite and kind and helpful.

The resort's excellent location by the sea, with beautiful views of the Mediterranean and just a few meters from a pier for the Blue Lagoon and Comino, as well as other destinations and nautical activities. The room was spacious, extremely clean, and had all the amenities necessary for a pleasant stay. The outdoor pools are fantastic, as is the indoor pool at the spa. Regarding the food, we stayed half-board, and both breakfast and dinner had several options, fresh food, and varied healthy options, always replaced by the team. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and always attentive to guests' needs. I'd like to point out that when we checked in, we arrived after dinner time, and the receptionist at the time, Daniel, gave us a voucher for lunch the next day at the lobby bar, as well as two bags with sandwiches, fruit, and juices so we didn't go to Room without eating something. In short, an excellent stay, and we will definitely be back. Thank you for providing us with a fantastic vacation!

This hotel is consistently being improved, and really cares about its customers. The location is quiet but in the sense that it is relaxing, and a real escape from the hustle and bustle of other parts of Malta. The room was large and comfortable with excellent AC, and a stunning sea view across to the island of Gozo. You can watch the sun set from the balcony. There is tea/coffee and a small fridge so you can put your own drinks and snacks. The breakfast is plentiful in choice and the quality is good. Staff are helpful and friendly. The reception/bar area is relaxing and you can get drinks and meals. The staff at the pool bar were great, and the food there was particularly yummy. Great pool, loved the Aqua Gym sessions! Quality entertainment outside most evenings, and this created a lovely ambience. I have stayed here before and would again. We stayed B&B as liked to eat out for some variety, but the food in the hotel is really of a very high quality, and the Italian restaurant is well worth the visit too. Tip: It's worth paying that little bit extra for the seaview rooms.
